In case you are having trouble finding us, follow the steps below:
Take the highway to Crni-Kal (Slovenia);
Take the road to Buzet (Croatia);
Continue to Labin;
Drive towards Rabac;
After about 500m, take a narrow road on the left to Ripenda;
(from here on, clear "Villas Athos" signs will show you the way)Go straight on for 2km until Ripenda and then turn right;
After 300m, drive until the last big building (on the left) and after 10m take the first stony road on the right and keep the right;
Continue for 100m and you will reach the Villas!

Introduction - As shown in the pictures, there are 3 Villas and each of them is split into 2 apartments, completely independent and isolated from one another.
Apartment structure - Each apartment has two floors in order to better ensure the isolation and the acoustic;
the ground floor, which includes an ample storeroom, has a spacious living room with a fully and modernly equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower;
the first floor is provided with a double bedroom and another bedroom with three beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a bidet.
Everything was built with the best materials and the best technologies, according to the Italian style.
The furniture is practical and stylish.
Swimming Pools - There is one swimming pool (8x4m and 1.5m deep) per Villa (3 swimming pools in all), which is the only thing shared.
Atmosphere - The Villas are located on the quiet hills of Istria near the sea. The place is ideal for those who love nature and silence.
The area is also ideal for hiking and biking and the seaside is excellent for those who want to practice water sports or just relax and lie down on the beach.
Climate - The climate is dry and healthy, being the Villas situated 300 meters above sea level; it is cooler at night in spite of the very strong heat during the summer days.
Distances - The sea is a 10-minute drive away. There is also the alternative of a peaceful 20-minute walk, but the route is a little bit tricky.
Shops and restaurants are between 5 to 10 minutes away by car.
Both towns Pula (and its airport) and Fiume are 40km away.
About the Price - The price is all inclusive (except for Croatian taxes for purchasing).
